Free consultations and quotes are provided as a courtesy and do not constitute a binding agreement. Final project costs, timelines, and specifications will be detailed in a formal contract. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and are subject to change based on material costs, site conditions, and project modifications.

5. Payment Terms

We accept various payment methods including checks, credit cards, and financing through approved third-party lenders. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your contract.

6. Permits and Regulations

GE Pools LLC will obtain necessary permits for pool construction as part of our service. However, property owners are ultimately responsible for compliance with local zoning laws, homeowners association rules, and property easements. Additional fees may apply for permit modifications or re-inspections required due to site conditions or changes not disclosed during initial consultation.

7. Warranties

Our workmanship and materials are backed by warranties as detailed in your project contract. Warranty coverage typically includes:

• Structural warranty on gunite shell
• Manufacturer warranties on equipment and materials
• Workmanship warranty on installation

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, acts of nature, or unauthorized modifications.

8. Property Access and Site Conditions

By engaging our services, you grant GE Pools LLC and our contractors access to your property during normal business hours and as needed for project completion. You are responsible for securing pets, protecting personal property, and notifying us of any hazardous conditions. We are not responsible for pre-existing underground utilities or structures not marked or disclosed.

9. Change Orders

Any changes to the agreed-upon project scope must be submitted in writing and approved by both parties. Change orders may affect project cost and timeline. Additional charges will be clearly outlined before work proceeds.

10. Delays and Force Majeure

Project timelines are estimates and subject to change due to weather, permit delays, material availability, site conditions, or other factors beyond our control. GE Pools LLC is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, or government actions.

11. Limitation of Liability

GE Pools LLC's liability is limited to the contract price of your project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and documents created by GE Pools LLC remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for any purpose other than your specific project without our written consent.

13. Photography and Marketing

We may request permission to photograph completed projects for our portfolio and marketing materials. You may opt out of this at any time. Any photos shared will not include identifying personal information without your express consent.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Georgia in accordance with applicable laws.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Changes to Terms
